Shipping policy

Artful Hues Co. Premium Wearable Art is NOT sold in stores. Because we are a boutique online company, we do not carry an inventory of our products. Each item is made-to-order and is carefully handcrafted to the highest quality standards. This means that our products are not produced until an order is placed. Currently, production time is within 3-5 days.

DUE TO THE ONGOING WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC, WE ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME.  Please note orders may take longer to fulfill during the holiday season.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Artful Hues Co. accepts orders and ships within the United States and internationally.
  • Standard Shipping varies upon which shipping method/option you choose...Economy, Express, or Premium.
  • Expedited shipping does not apply to order fulfillment which can take up to 3-5 days prior to shipment. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email so you can track the shipment.
  • We strive to ship all of your orders together. Each order is unique and some of your items may ship separately. Of course, you will receive tracking info for all packages!
  • Please Note: Artful Hues Co. is NOT responsible for:
  • Products that are lost, stolen or damaged in the mail. The shipping carriers will be responsible once we ship the packages.
  • Once products are marked delivered by the shipping carrier, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to obtain information regarding your package.
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us at info@artfulhues.com after the estimated delivery time has passed.
  • All shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

 

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses and shipping costs are non-refundable.
